With our specialised team consisting of proficient litigators concerning disputes of intellectual property rights, we also represent our clients in all types of litigation and dispute resolution proceedings before civil, criminal, and administrative courts, court of appeal and administrative authorities, domain names authorities and customs, with regard to including but not limited to opposition and cancellation claims against the Turkish Patent and Trademark Authority’s decisions, lawsuits for invalidation and nullification of registry, determination and prevention of trademark and copyright infringement, various compensation claims arising from infringement, and unfair competition acts.
