MC Legal — Metin–Çiçek Attorney Partnership is an independent attorney partnership providing comprehensive legal advisory and representation services to companies, investors, financial institutions, entrepreneurs and organizations operating in regulated sectors.
Our firm is led by two founding partners — Av. Semih Metin, LL.M. and Av. Seval Çiçek — who combine regulatory-authority experience gained at the Capital Markets Board and the Social Security Institution with many years of private-sector expertise.
