The employer cost amounts for the minimum wage in 2026 are as follows:
2026 MINIMUM WAGE AMOUNT DETERMINED

The Minimum Wage Determination Commission announced the minimum wage for 2026 on 23 December 2025. Accordingly, the minimum wage effective as of 1 January 2026 has been set at a gross amount of 33,030.00 TL and a net amount of 28,075.50 TL.
With this adjustment, the minimum wage has increased by 27% compared to the previous amount.
No interim increases to the minimum wage are planned for 2026, and the announced minimum wage will be valid throughout the year. The public support applied to the minimum wage has also increased by 27%, rising from 1,000.00 TL to 1,270.00 TL.
